After the ceremony of the A’ Design & Award Competition in Como, Italy, and the ceremony of the Iconic Awards in BMW Welt in Munich, Germany, these accolades celebrate both our architectural expertise and the outstanding vision of our client, Niseko Woodlands Limited.
This award honors Grand Tsuru’s unique design and craftsmanship, which embodies the pinnacle of luxury in one of Asia’s premier destinations.
The developer of the project, Niseko Woodlands Limited, was recognized for creating a boutique resort that harmonizes with Niseko’s natural beauty while providing world-class amenities.

The Asia Property Awards is one of the most esteemed events in the industry, drawing candidates from over 50 countries. Organized by Property Guru, a leading online real estate marketplace in Asia, the event celebrates the finest achievements in real estate development, architecture, and design.
This year’s awards ceremony was a two-part event, with a luncheon dedicated to honoring winners from new markets, including Greater Niseko/ Japan. The evening culminated in a grand dinner recognizing the achievements of winners across the whole of Asia. The event provided an exceptional platform for networking and celebrating excellence in the real estate sector.
This year’s winners included renowned names such as Zhuhai Huafa, the winning developer among all categories for the whole of Asia.
