This estate was developed by Zekkei Properties after their other successful land development “Elevation”, also situated in Hirafu, and designed by a former architect from Kengo Kuma and Associates.
In collaboration with the local civil engineer and builder, the development was designed to offer large residential plots with onsen just a stroll away from the ski hills.
To maximize the views and preserve the natural environment, all the power were engineered to be underground and trees were planted along the road.
It now boasts a luxurious hotel with views of Mt Yotei with onsen and the ski hills, as well as newly constructed villas.
