Introducing Grand Tsuru: A Vision of Alpine Luxury in Niseko

To all Ski Enthusiasts and Travel Connoisseurs,
Grand Tsuru Niseko development, set to redefine luxury ski accommodations in Hokkaido Japan’s picturesque Soga, Niseko. Under the visionary leadership of Rosamund Kwan, acclaimed actress and dedicated developer, Grand Tsuru Niseko promises to elevate the art of mountain living to new heights.
THE PROJECT
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque skii locale Niseko, an international ski resort in Japans snowy north, a visionary development project named Grand Tsuru Niseko takes place. Situated just a 2-minute drive from the iconic ski slopes of Annupuri, the project seamlessly integrates into the natural landscape along a serene forest road.
Inspired by Japanese culture and nature’s beauty, ‘Tsuru’, meaning ‘crane‘ in Japanese, symbolizes the project’s essence, shown in the mirrored slopes of the roofs.
The architectural design meticulously blends horizontal and vertical lines. The low, elongated roof structure seamlessly integrates with the forest, creating a visual marvel throughout the building.
Comprising three generous villas, each spanning 250 m² over two floors, Grand Tsuru Niseko villas offer a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with a vaulted ceilings, and three ensuite bedrooms. The properties bedrooms showcase Japanese-style design, with the master bedroom featuring a large double sink bathroom with a Japanese style tiled bath. The staircase, allowes for a shower of natural light from loft windows, and serves as the masterpiece connecting all four corners of the skip floor property.
THE TEAM
This project is a year long achievement for ABD Architecture LLC‘s team. Spearheaded by Franck Giral, a licensed architect in Japan, who not only led the design and conceptualization efforts but also navigated the intricate process of obtaining building approvals and overseeing structural engineering. Franck’s expertise ensures that every aspect of the project is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics. Joining him is Pierre Biard, whose seven years of experience in designing international resorts in Vietnam brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the team. Pierre’s keen eye for detail has been instrumental in bringing the property to life, both inside and out. Together, Franck and Pierre form a dynamic duo dedicated to realizing the vision of Grand Tsuru, blending innovative design concepts with timeless elegance to create a truly unforgettable alpine retreat
THE BUILDER
The client has entrusted the local builder Seo Construction Industry with the construction of the project. This long-established construction company boasts a distinguished portfolio, having contributed to the creation of several iconic properties and developments, including Yukihyo, Odin Place, and the civil works of Odin Hills.
