This project, with over 1000 m² for floor area, is one of the largest properties inside “Elevation”, which was developed by the prominent developer Zekkei, in the Hirafu area of Niseko.

The only project in Elevation that has an onsen well, it is designed by the internationally recognized architectural firm Kengo Kuma And Associates. As well drillings are now restricted in Hirafu, it may stay the only one.

It boats 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, a custom made log fireplace, 4 story high stair with glass handrail, balconies with fire pits, 2 onsen tubs, a large pool, a home theatre, a gym… The 2 story high living room with bar mezzanine also offers 270° views, including unobstructed view of Mt Yotei, thanks to 3 glass exterior walls.

Franck Giral was in charge of this project until his departure from Hokkaido Tracks, after which the project was put on hold following the Covid-19 pandemic.
