Description

Situated in the spacious Izumikyo development on a large plot of land, this chalet was designed and built by a local builder.

Upon the requirement of the owner, the interior and exterior designs are inspired by North American chalet architecture: the porch, deck and traditional gable roof are accentuated by traditional cultured stone and timber window frames.

Built on a slope, the construction took advantage of the topography and gave interestingness to the property, thanks to a split floors layout on each level.

The property boasts a tatami bedroom, a Japanese style tiled bathroom and a living room on each floor.
