This elegant villa is the latest addition to the modern properties in the center of lower Hirafu in Niseko.

It was designed by an alumni from the internationally recognized Kengo Kuma and Associates, its ultra-modern box design with natural cedar louvers is typical of modern international architectural trends.

Most of bedrooms are on the 2nd level, the upper floor, made of steel to make the overhang possible, provides unobstructed Mt Yotei view from the back kitchen to the adjoining large balcony, thanks to floor to ceiling wide windows, as well as its breakfast space with corner window.

The many imported elements, like sanitaryware, kitchen, etc… makes this property truly unique and special.

This building is accompanied by a more modest timber building that hides the neighboring building.
