Foxwood it Hokkaido Tracks’ land and building development. It’s situated 4 minutes away from the Hilton hotel’s ski slopes, on the main road after Milk Factory (ミルク工房), in the recently sought after Higashiyama area in Niseko town.

The site is entirely surrounded by roads, which gives a convenient access to each plot of the subdivision.

The land development’s works consisted of underground power that allows for unobstructed views in direction of Mt Yotei, landscaping made of trees and natural local boulders, as well as the required water tank room, with a design in harmony with that of the homes.

3 variations of off-plan homes were designed, each suitable to different residential plot’s size. The homes’ internal and external designs are emblematic of the trending Japanese modern architecture: simple shapes and limited finishes.

Franck Giral managed the development and the show house’s construction.
