Description

Situated at the main intersection of Hirafu village next the convenient store Seicomart, this development has become the landmark of the village.

Its developer, Odin Properties, is famous for their habit of outclassing themselves with each new development like Odin House, Yasuragi and Odin Cliff.

The modern alpine architectural concept by a famous American architectural firm, with black mullion curtain walls on slanted façade, tiled basement, protruding roof rafters, a monumental chimney and clerestory windows, make this building unmistakable. The design intent is accentuated by the contrast between the natural timber and the black painted steel parts.

Each floor boats an incredible Mt Yotei view and several tenant spaces, including one of the finest bakeries and French restaurants in Niseko (tested and approved by a Frenchman).

Franck Giral was in charge of the project inside Nisade until his departure in 2014. He lead the effort up to the 1st construction quotation, after which the project was put on hold due to the downturn in tourism after Fukushima power plant’s accident.

This building was later successfully built.
